Ilagan Japanese Tunnel
Located in Brgy. Sto. Tomas, The Ilagan Japanese Tunnel was built by Japanese soldiers World War II between 1942-1945. It was restored in June 2015 and was opened to the public on February 16, 2016. Activities that may be done in the Ilagan Japanese Tunnel include Kimono-wearing, fish feeding, bell-ringing and wishing of personalized furin bells. The attraction also has a Souvenir shop and a Japanese Foodcourt. Because of its accessibility and its innate cultural significance in the history of Ilagan, the Ilagan Japanese Tunnel is one of the most visited tourist attractions in the City of Ilagan.
